In the drive for a better world, I firmly believe that the corporate world has a rule to play, especially in environments where it is most challenging for companies to speak up. With my deep understanding of Nigeria’s social, cultural and political landscape and the lived experience of being Black in the UK, I support companies through training to understand their role in the emerging world of proactive social justice.

I believe a strong and healthy workplace is a workplace ready to transform the world and I want to be on that journey with companies.
